Privacy Policy

Last updated October 31, 2026

Ocean Drive Disco values your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

Information you send us

When you fill out a booking or quote form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, event type, date, venue, guest count, and message, along with which page you sent it from. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, plan and provide our services, and keep in touch about your event.

We never sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers that run this website and its forms on our behalf.

Website hosting and forms

This website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions and may screen them for spam. Like most web hosts, Netlify keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive, so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your device type, approximate location, and pages visited. It doesn't give us your name or contact details. You can learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

The site also saves one small setting in your browser so the opening animation doesn't replay on every visit. It contains no personal information.

Music and video players

Some pages include players from YouTube, Spotify, and SoundCloud. These services may set their own cookies or collect usage information when you view or play them, under their own privacy policies. Our YouTube player uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

Email list

If you sign up for event emails, your email address is managed by Mailchimp. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Links to other websites

This site links to social media, streaming services, press articles, and other websites. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Children

This website is intended for adults planning events and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you've sent us at any time by emailing dj@oceandrivedisco.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the date above.
